आज मैं क्लास -12 के लिए अकाउंट बुक से एक चैप्टर के बारे मे बताने जा रह हु , इस चैप्टर का नाम है “ ऋण पत्रों का शोधन “( redemption of debenture ),
इस पोस्ट पर हम एक मुस्त विधि lumb sump method) के फॉर्मेट (formats ) बताने जा रहा हूं ,
ये फॉर्मेट को आप अच्छी तरह से याद कर ले , क्योंकि इस चैप्टर मे जब भी आप क्वेश्चन बनाओगे तो ये फॉर्मेट काफ़ी अधिक काम आएगा क्योंकि इसी फॉर्मेट से सारा क्वेश्चन बनाने वाला हैँ,
एकमुस्त विधि ( Lumb sum debenture method ) :-
एकमुस्त विधि ( Lumb sum debenture method ) वह विधि है जिसके अंतर्गत एक कम्पनी ऋण की कुल राशि का भुकतान ऋणपत्रधारक को एकमुस्त मे करती,इस विधि के अंतर्गत ऋण पत्र का भुगतान लाभ एवं पूंजी मे से किया जा सकता है | ऋण पत्रों की शोधन सम मूल्य या अधि मूल्य पर हो सकता है,
( It is the method under which a company pays the total amount of loan to the debenture holder in one go, under this method, the payment of debt letter can be made out of profit and capital. The redemption of debt papers can be done at par or at premium.)

5: ऋण पत्रों को प्रीमियम पर शोधन :Remittance of premiums to loan letters

6 : जब सभी देबेन्टर का शोधन हो जाये तो DRR a/c को बंद करने के लिए (To turn off DRR a / c when all debenters are rectified)
